Rafiki Trust has managed to continue the educational efforts through Shinda Basic School, despite the many set backs, through the support of individuals and other non-profit organizations who saw the vision of the school and the need to bring light to the lives of many Tanzanian's who had no opportunities to education at all or had very limited chance to getting education.

Rafiki Trust is grateful for the financial donations, books and other teaching materials from individual donors and organizations, which aided in the purchase of land of the establishment of Shinda Basic School, contruction of the existing classroom, purchase of additional land which made possible to place an Edutainer; a fully equipped classroom donated by Africa Foundation a South African organization. For the school to expand to accomodate the needs of the students and offer quality education, it needs to be able to purchase additional land and build classrooms so the students can progress to higher grades.

Mr. Kimaro on the behalf of Rafiki Trust and Shinda Basic is here asking your help, be in educational material, personally volunteering at the school or financial.
